Marcus Fernaldi Gideon and Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo soared to their fourth straight China Open title in Fuzhou and their eighth this season, pulverising Takeshi Kamura and Keigo Sonoda in the Fuzhou China Open 2019 final yesterday.
Once the keenly-contested opening game was in their bag, it turned into a Minions show. The Japanese cracked under the pressure of high-flying Indonesians, whose quick-fire returns and outrageous interceptions never gave them any breathing space.
It was all over in just 33 minutes, 21-17 21-9 to Gideon and Sukamuljo.
