On Saturday in Macau, however, Wangchaoren made his first final since the Thailand Masters in February 2017 by beating Indonesia’s Muhamad Yusuf 22-20 21-15.
In the final, the Thai takes on Chinese young gun Hu Zhe An, who powered his way past Malaysia’s Eogene Ewe 21-15 21-18.
