Now that he’s landed the biggest title of his career, the 22-year-old is already looking beyond it.
Gunawan capped an extraordinary week at LI-NING China Masters 2026 on Sunday by beating teammate Lee Cheuk Yiu 21-9 21-16 in the final, becoming the first Hong Kong China player to win a Super 750 title.
For Gunawan, however, the victory was just a launchpad.
